Sadly, I think not. I forgot to ask about them, but when I asked about the document holder, she said that anything not mentioned was not included, so I would guess no luggage tags either.
Just got the Prestige Pack today. She seems to have been misinformed
...a spiffy document holder was included, as well as the nice luggage tag you mentioned.
