jenniparks - if you do a google search on andorra churches - you will find information on them. There are also other links available via google I found with service times for various churches in Andorra. Enjoy your visit.

Remember - Google is your friend

Thanks. I have information on the churches but I was hoping to find one specifically within easy walking distance and also one that anyone from the group may be planning to go to or recommending so we can go together. It sounds like anyone who may be planning to go to services may not have spotted the post yet though.

Perhaps you could email the hotel. Seems like most of the people attending are first timers to Andorra and it is pretty clear the hosts were not likely to have been scoping out church locations on their visits. Of course, if you have a list already you should be able to figure out proximities using a map program.

I'm not a follower but I'm willing to listen to a presentation and possibly participate in a service.

I'm guessing the service would involve getting down on your knees for some serious worshipping.

I kinda doubt that. I encourage you to re-read the previous posts... you may not be understanding that a significant portion of the group is not exactly welcomed by the church due to their um, "lifestyle" @:-) Bringing that up has great potential to make quite a few people here uncomfortable.

I was going to say "Well that depends on which church." Then I noticed the denomination statistics mentioned earlier, and I think you are correct, so I'll change the subject.

I'll be likely sleeping in on Sunday morning, but if I arise early, Church of the Mimosa" sounds very appealing! See ya there, maybe.

alanw, I'll finish registration when I figure out my full Boo/*A DO plan.

I don't drink often (don't like the taste of alcohol) and my companion is mostly a wine drinker but not much. So you will be in good company.

The Mimosa religion welcomes all people. Our leader was a runner up for a Nobel Peace prize. Damn that peace making Obama!!

Although I hesitate to say it, our welcoming attitude also includes followers of the Bloody Mary religion. But please, no "bloody Mary", "bloody", or "Mary" jokes. Those people suffer so.

Speaking of which, it's Sunday morning here in Bavaria right now. Time to worship. Who wants to play catch the cork in their month?

If past Boo Doo's are any indication, our host has excellent taste in wine (and food). Your friend will certainly be happy and exposed to some great regional wines, and you may even get to discover a drink or two that you find pleasing to the palate!

Only Sunday mornings? One would hope that worship occurred on a more frequent basis.

I'm booked on a prepaid rate at the Tryp Aeropuerto for 80 Euro (great hotel, located on the airport property) but am thinking of moving over to the Le Meridien. If anyone is in need of a place for that night... make an offer :)
