I simply couldn't see myself (and a certain someone) dragging ourselves back out to BCN for the room so that's how we ended up with an extra on Thursday night.

Your OP was for Friday night. I was afraid we were going to have to kidnap a "certain someone" and leave you to fend for yourself at the hotel Friday night. Glad to see you will be joining us.

I'd be getting myselves over to CERVECERIA EL VASO DE ORO in C/BALBOA right behind ESTACIO DE FRANÇA in the Barceloneta. Have the solo mio con ajo. Lots of it. Several times. (true story: one of my top 5 favorite things to eat on the planet)

Still looking for someone who can guest myself and my companion into MAD lounge on Friday morning. We get in at 8am and don't take off for BCN until 11am or so. Watch out, oh ye good people of Catalunya ... The Henrys is in Barcelona!

Have internet, will babble! So, here's the trip report:

I set out from home and then, a while and 2 flights later (about a quarter to midnight local time) I got in to my room. That's it!

I'll be seein' some of yas tomorrow at Bestiari - others will just have to wait until Friday!

And, I think I'm going to learn the Catalan language ... from the signs and sounds at the airport, it seems to be a sort of strange hybrid between Spanish (Castillian) and French (Patois). So maybe I'll just speak French in a Spanish accent.
