Lucky, please add me to the list of confirmed.
I was able to move things around at work... got my confirmation.
Biz outbound and Prem+ on the inbound.
Good choice for me as I cannot sleep on planes and the flat bed will be nice, also get to experience different cabin on the return.
The website was having all kinds of hiccups and it took me a few tried, but eventually managed to enter all the passport info etc. It also took my BA club #.

Terminal
Does anyone know what terminal openskies will fly out of. I don't know JFK very well (as in at all) and will be taking a Delta shuttle from DCA to terminal 3. The JFK website has not been updated with information on what terminal openskies will fly out of.
Also, how easy is it to get from one terminal to another? I will have about 2:30 hours between getting to JFK and the flight leaving.
Thanks.

I'm prem+ on the outbound and biz on the return. Went for a window near the front in both cases.

The OP should be updated. Thanks to baccarat_king's suggestion I also added a list for inbound flights before the party flight. If anyone else would like their flight listed, please post it here.

I was one of the original winners but had to back-out on Saturday afternoon after my boss vetoed the time away. I haven't heard back from anyone at FT, but I hope they selected someone else to go, I'd be very saddened if I deprived someone the chance of using the free trip.

since I've got time to kill @ JFK (especially if I don't go into midtown for lunch).... I'm planning a brief trip down memory lane to TWA Terminal 5. Though, I'm not really certain how feasible this is. (anyone have any ideas?)
TWA and this terminal are probably my biggest inspiration, with regard to commercial aviation. Come to think of it, my last flight to Paris was on TWA out of this terminal (747). I just loved the Ambassadors club in Terminal 5; especially the hidden elevator, and the awesome views.

Indeed an iconic and landmark building; while unsuited to 21st century aviation, at least the Port Authority had the sensibility to preserve this historic landmark, preserving the key architectural elements. Not sure the club nor the elevator are saved.
Hope you can get in to see it, but it sounds like it's an active construction zone; maybe a call to the Port Authority would help. At least you can see the outside of the building (or whatever isn't covered with scaffolding).
If you have a long layover, maybe a trip into the City isn't out of the question; you can now take the AirTrain to the LIRR train/subway. It's closer than you think ... Jamaica Station is connected to the AirTrain, and the LIRR train takes 18 to 20 minutes to get to Penn Station, and runs every 10 minutes on average. Cost $5.25 (off-peak) or $7.25 (peak) either direction. Or if you want to head into other parts of town, you can take the E, J, Z subway from Jamaica or A train from Howard Beach station, which is also connected by AirTrain.

Unfortunately, for various reasons (not just budgetary) I'm not going to be able to justify taking off for this trip (the free ticket would have given me a reason for an "exception" to take off).

However, just in case anyone needs it, I will hold on to my reservation at the Courtyard Paris Defense West for a couple more days - since I booked it at the tax inclusive rate of 99 Euros per night, the rate has jumped to 229 Euros per night.

That assumes they've seen this thread.... not everyone even knows what CommunityBuzz is.
They leave from T7, the same as BA. You take the AirTrain between terminals, so it's quite simple, shouldn't take more than 15 minutes or so max. I have a similar connection, so am crossing my fingers for no delays.

Hi all, I am on the flight as well, but am new to this site and thread. What is OP?
Also, I'm flying Biz going out, Prem+ returning, and staying at Le Meridien Etoile in between. I've never been to France, and don't speak a word of French. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, and enjoying my first weekend in Paris!
