Shall we plan for 6pm? That seems to be about the time that works the best for those getting off work that day.
All are invited!

Some correspondence has been done by email, so I'm not sure what's been posted here, but it looks like we're on for Friday evening at Casa de Bob W. The menu will include barbecued ribs a la beckoa.

Right now, it looks like I'll be making a day trip to ENA on the 4th to visit a HS classmate, probably arriving back in ANC around 4:45 pm. EDIT: My classmate insists I take the 5:40 pm flight back to ANC, arriving around 6:15 pm. He has also promised a late lunch and a home-cooked dinner to eat on the flight home.
As my flight to ORD departs at 8:16 pm, it looks like I won't have time to meet up with the Anchorage-locals unless there anywhere near the airport where we could meet for a drink and/or dessert. If the timing doesn't work, I completely understand.

Actually, due to a change of plans, I will be working at the airport that evening. I'm sure a brief visit can be arranged.
Will try to remember to PM details. If you don't hear from me, shoot me one back...

By popular demand, here is the recipe for Greek Spaghetti:
I tend to substitute sun-dried tomatoes for fresh ones, though both ways are good. I also tend to royally screw up the recipe every time I make it (since I never actually LOOK at the recipe), but somehow it always works...
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 large clove garlic, minced
3 cups tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, divided
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 cups cooked thin spaghetti
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oregano and garlic. Saute 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, green onions, 2 tablespoons parsley and lemon juice. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Combine tomato mixture, spaghetti and 3/4 cup cheese; toss gently. Top with remaining cheese and parsley. Serve with pepper

As for the Kalbi Ribs, I took flaken style beef ribs and marinated them overnight in gallon ziploc bags with Aloha Mango Pineapple glaze.
Pretty fast grilling time too... so watch out

I expect to see all of this end of August. Just start preparing and have it ready when we hit town with the Cholulas who IMO need to see this sort of stuff in person.
