Hey folks,
I've lurked around for a bit but that's really the extent of my FT activity. I'm a 22 year-old Midwest kid who decided to go off and have adventures. I'm currently employed as a teacher in Jakarta. Here's my FlightMemory
Cheers,
boyerling3

Hi there,
I'm Shan. I'm from Los Angeles (I live maybe about an hour north of Downtown LA). As my name implies, I hate the Yankees, and I don't like the Dodgers either (yes they are the hometown favorite, but that doesn't mean I like them.) I was reading a travel blog a few days ago when I heard the name flyertalk being mentioned on the blog and so I googled it, and it brought me to here. Glad to become a new member of the forums. I currently work as a server (I won't say where) and I do some data entry for a family friend of mine, I one day hope to work for the CHP. (when and if they start hiring again.) I've always loved planes and have been fortunate enough to visit many countries throughout the world, even though I'm relatively young at 19. Anyway, I'm glad to become a member of FT, and hope to learn from the best of the best here.

Welcome to FT. Are you new to FT or have you been lurking for some time before joining?
This is a forum specifically devoted to Travel Products, and not normally used for "Hello world" chit chat! If you go on to some of the other forums on FT, you will find such forums. Have a look in the "Community" section above, for example.
