The first post now how three lists -- definite, probable, and possible. The only ones on the "definite" list are those who have re-confirmed recently.
As soon as you are certain that you are coming, please let me know and you will be moved up to the definite list. If you know that you are not going to be able to attend, let me know that, too, and I will remove you from the probable or possible lists.

I'm hoping that most people will confirm within a week and that by Nov 11 ysolde will have the numbers she needs to start speaking with deli managers.

What do I need to do to move from Probable to Definite list? I thought I was confirmed... is there a fee?

Actually, when I started the Definite list it was quite early and I included people who would probably be there (as opposed to just possibly making it). As the date is growing closer, and ysolde has some work in front of her (dealing with deli managers), I need to firm up the list to give her the info she will need.
As soon as I finish typing this post I will put you back on the "Definite" list.
