Thank you, mia and notquiteaff. I tried to be efficient and went directly to the Avis Preferred page rather than looking around the Priority Pass page, and ended up costing everyone more time. Sorry.

which Priority Pass Select card I should use
I got PPS card through chase card
they sent me one card by express mail several days ago, and today I got another one from USPS 1st class mail
both of the cards have the same expiration date and name, the only difference is the last digit of the card number, first card ending with 1, and the second with 2
I called chase twice, but got contradicting answer
I called PPS, they can only confirm both cards are still valid, but they do not know whether it is cancelled or not

Is a physical card needed?
The PP web page includes "Digital Membership Card means the digital version of the Priority Pass Card which upon activation provides card-free access to the majority of Lounges and Merchants in the Programme." However, when we asked PP about a physical card, they said "In the meantime you can get access to your digital membership card on the Priority Pass app or website. It is accepted at all of our lounges."
Which is it for digital - a majority of lounges or all lounges?

If you lookup the specific lounges that you intend to visit before the physical card arrives, you can see if they have the Digital Card Accepted icon.

I don't see where I get my PP benefits through the RC card. It's not listed online or in my welcome benefits package. Did it get removed?

Has anyone deactivated a PP account in order to activate a new one? I canceled the cc that sponsored the PP account I had activated on PP app to use digital version. Perhaps a DM via Twitter could switch the numbers?
And just for my own clarification: CSR is still plus guests as is Amex plat?
