Basic Entry Information:
If you have never used a Priority Pass lounge click HERE to read how it works.

philemer's PP card arrived 20 days following approval of CSR. Others have reported an even quicker delivery. Yes, it comes via USPS.
Authorized User will receive their own PP card.

The PP Select membership offered through the CSR now includes digital pass access. Sign up in advance here: https://www.prioritypass.com/chasedmc
Note: Some lounges may not accept the digital pass. Make sure to check the PP lounge directory details for the specific lounge you plan on visiting.

To sign up for Priority Pass Select, as soon as the account shows up online:
1. Click on Go To Ultimate Rewards.
2. Scroll down to the very bottom left and click on "Card Benefits"
3. Activate Membership to request card.
4. Card can't be expedited. Some members have reported success in charging the lounge access to their CSR account and requesting a refund from Customer Service. However, others have reported that the lounge access was refunded via the travel credit.

Priority Pass is only valid while the sponsor credit card account is open. See here:

https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/sap.../offer-details

Account must be open and not in default to maintain membership.

American Express Platinum cardholders do not pay for "everything" they pay only for guests.

I believe the reference was to the Amex Surpass, which is pay for every visit, and not the Platinum, which is only pay for guests as you note.

Same here. Five days. Received before I received my CSR in mail.

This is to cover those who have not received them yet and in the future, it seems to be an annual benefit. 2 lounge visits annually made with CSR card upon admission. I guess, it is if you forgot the PP card and are traveling. Must have CSR card and post $27 dollar charge to it. Must request credit when posts to account. yMMV.
Same as what I was told by Chase Customer Service, also that whether you get in depends on whether the particular lounge accepts walk ups and lets people pay for entry.

Has any new CSR cardholder whose PP has not come yet tried this?

Was just there. My sentiments exactly. Of course, as you say others are at the other extreme (i.e., excellent).

Anyone try SM'ing Chase if it's taking long for the PP card to show up?

According to a phone rep I am being reimbursed for a visit to the lounge at ATL on 9/4 and also the common use lounge at SJO on 9/13 that I paid for using the CSR.
The phone rep said the reimbursement might take 2-3 weeks to post.
My PP cards were waiting in the mailbox upon my trip return.

Could you throw some dates in there of applied / approved / requested PP card / PP card arrived?

I'm sitting at 10 days and no PP card yet... still hoping.

I think it has been about 2 weeks for me and no card yet.

Beginning to think that it got lost in the mail.. Will see, I have no plan to fly anytime soon so it isn't too crucial for me.

One report I saw on another forum indicated that it took 3 1/2 weeks. They're swamped.

I applied for the CSR on the first day it came out. I applied for the PP card on the Thursday after the CSR came out, and received my PP card the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Wait times must be getting longer because people are signing up for PP cards faster than PP can send cards to people.

I'm pretty close to 3 weeks as well. Traveling in another week and a half - hope it comes by then! I already missed it for my first trip and hope to have it for the second.

I applied on August 24th and haven't received anything. I think this is the second day people had cards. Seems it might be time to call in.

FWIW, when I called Priority Pass to talk about the two different online accounts (one for JPMR and one for Citi Prestige), they said that they don't even deal with the Chase PP at all. Perhaps this is why there's no digital card.

It would be nice if a bunch of people could provide feedback that the digital card would be nice so they only have to carry their credit card and phone.
