Applied for 60k points + $50 statement credit on sunday. Was approved monday morning after identity verification. Immediately SM-ed asking for 80k and $50 statement credit
Got a reply today (finally!) saying they will give me extra 20k points but no statement credit. Said i should SM them after meeting the spend and they will manually credit 20k but re-bill the $50 if the credit has already applied.
A bit annoyed but i will take it

oh, yes. I told them that I forgot to mention that the original offer had a $50 credit. When they replied they said that it was already applied when I hit the $1k spend, so they will just give me the extra points.

Just updated the Wiki with the 60K + $50 link. In addition, if you are an elite with IHG, you can get the 80K + $50 offer if you start the booking process on ihg.com. You'll get the offer on the second page, takes 20 seconds.

Applied on 8/2 through public offer (60K points with $50 statement credit).
Sent SM to Chase on 8/5 asking for confirmation that I signed up for 80K points with $50 credit (always best to play dumb
).
Received a reply on 8/7 stating my offer was 60K points with $50 statement credit, but that they will honor both the 80K points and $50 credit.

I was approved for the 60k + $50 statement credit offer recently and later submitted a SM requesting to be matched to the 80k + $50 offer. Here's the response...

The enrollment bonus you enrolled with allows you to earn
60,000 points after the first $1,000.00 in spending within
the first three months the account is open and a $50.00
statement credit after first purchase. After the

eight weeks for the enrollment bonus points to post to the
account.

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but when does the "first three months" run, exactly - from date of approval, date of issuance, or first day of following calendar month?

Always assume date of approval to be safe. Of course, you can easily SM Chase to ask for your specific deadline for any given card bonus.

This was what happened with one of our cards (signed up for 60k +50 and SM to 80k but no $50 credit). We accepted as I valued the cost of the extra 20k at ~$140.
