@pacificboot and others - just to be crystal, it takes me over 24 hours to run one destination on my cranky old hardware and over half an hour to parse. It would help if you guys install Flightplan and run searches yourselves.

Has anyone else noticed a date display error when booking fixed date rewards. For instance if I try to book HKG - JFK on the 10th August, the date at the top shows the 9th, however all the flights listed depart on the 10th. This does not happen if the flexible with travel dates box is ticked:

Yes I've noticed this glitch.

Apologies if it has been asked somewhere before but I cant seem to find an answer.

Let's say if I want to book an F award (i.e. AKL-(J)-HKG-(F)-LHR), with a stopover in Hong Kong, how do I check for availability?

Do I just look for availability for the individual sectors? And as long as there are open spaces on the two sectors I want to fly, I just call up to have it booked?

Thank you!

This date off by one day thing was driving me crazy... I hope the correct date is what you searched for, not what's shown on the screen. I thought it might be a timezone issue (maybe they're showing HKG timezone, instead of customer's), but I'm not certain. Definitely confusing.

Pretty much. Check availability for each segment first, then either call them or use their online form. I figure the online submission form just sends an e-mail, with the route you want and your membership info, and then someone has to manually look it up. Seems like calling would be faster...

For those who are too lazy to do programming and still wanting the auto search bot, this chrome extension is for you:

Got it. Thank you. Let’s say I have flown the first sector and then decide to change the date of the second sector, do I just pay $25 to change the date as long as there is availability and as long as the ticket is still valid? What about changing to another destination that costs the same number of miles after the first sector is flown?

AM is limiting rewards to only one transfer on a one way.
How do I book awards that require three flights, one on CX and two on another one partner?
