Citi ran an AM promo last year for 5% bonus for a few months. I don't recall the 10%, but others might. I don't think they ran anything higher than that since the beginning of 2017, others can report if they did so before then.

Well the pointstomiles chat may be hard to chase but what happened was CCB set up the registration phone number 3724 7939.
The recording even was updated "please call again at 10am on 15 November 2018"
They didn't advertise the registration phone number, it's just us guessing it is the same number last year.
But they never activated the number, and later disconnected it.
Once they change their patterns it's hard to guess what will happen next.

Also: I have been given a targeted offer to spend 200k during Q4 of this year. I need to spend 70k before Dec 31 to earn a bonus of 40k AM. I can't think of anything I need at this time - unfortunately already bought 2 iphone XS Max on BEA Flyer World without thinking, no airtickets to buy at this time, can't pay tax with this card, - any thoughts anyone? What are the kids doing these days, Mannings coupons or something? I'm not savvy enough (nor time rich enough) to resell them. All suggestions appreciated.
