Sorry, just re-read Percy's reply. New policy means $10,000 per OePay account per month?

I haven't seen this posted in this thread. There are some changes coming to the Citi Prestige card.
For existing cardholders, the key change is that Priority Pass will be replaced with "Mastercard Airport Experiences provided by LoungeKey" from December.
For cardholders applying after November 30, 2018, the annual fee will be increased to $3,800. Existing cardholders will be grandfathered at the $2,500 fee until further notice.
I see no upside to what has been announced but hopefully there are some positive changes in store to justify the fee increase!
Notice from Citibank: https://www.citibank.com.hk/english/...e-card-noa.pdf
Discussion about the change in lounge access and speculation/wishful thinking on other changes: https://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/show/25418

Principal Cardholders can enjoy one complimentary MCAE Lounge visit per arrival or departure at each airport, and each additional visit will incur an entrance fee of HK$250.
So on the face of it, no more lounge hopping at priority pass lounges.

Are you informed of the limit when you transfer from Octopus to OePay, or when you transfer out from OePay to your bank account? I'd rather not have funds parked in my OePay that I am unable to withdraw until next month.

A credit card or a octopus card?
If Octopus card, there's no "linkage" when it comes to transferring cash from the octopus card to the OePay account. You just take your octopus to another phone and transfer money from it to a different account.
You do register your Octopus to a OePay account but this is more to receive notifications about it - unrelated to which Octopus you can receive cash from.

I have deregistered and registered the same octopus card to a different persons account with no issues. I dont think it can be registered to two accounts.
