If an overnight flight, towards back of main cabin on -900. Mid to back of cabin on -1000. Anywhere near the front on either variant has too much galley noise. Matters less on short/daytime flight but avoid row 11.

Thanks for the rec. Any thoughts on the middle of the cabin for the 900? Like rows ~16/17. Those seem like they would be the quietest, but there's mentions in this thread about 20/21 being the quietest as well.

17-19 are all nice. 19 would give you additional storage space behind the seat, similar to the bassinet space in row 11.

Just booked a flight in PY and the only paired seats available were 30AC and HK. The CSR was able to reserve 30AC but warned that 30C is a bassinet/priority seat. How likely is one to get bumped from this seat - would it just be for an infant or can a higher status member be able to bump as well?
