And would you happen to know when 30B/H usually get unblocked/become available to select online? Or do I need to call? (BA Gold / OW Emerald)
We have a flight on this aircraft in March and would quite like 30A+B or H+K but B and H are blocked as being bassinet seats.

Im looking at a strange A350-1000 seat map on an upcoming flight next week that I never encountered before. Its an A350-1000 but with a mini cabin in the front. Did anyone ever see this before? Is the mini cabin preferred over the main cabin? 12A seems to be quite close to the bathroom though.

Is the A350-900 in J still good as it seems the seats are 6 years old?
im thinking to book RDU-JFK-HKG-DPS-SIN-HKG-JFK-RDU. One way is A350. Return is 777-300ER maybe the new seat? $11,500 for two people round trip.
Traveling December 2024-Mid January 2025.
Also considering JAL. Which is $8900 but we need to add SIN-DPS on Singapore Airlines or Scoot.

To bulkhead or not to bulkhead?
What's the consensus on 40A/K vs 60A/K? Is the legroom in 40A/K noticeably less? Also, how easy is it to get into the aisle when sitting in the bulkhead window seat?
I'm flying a long haul red-eye to HKG soon on the A359 and am able to choose either 40A/K or 60A/K for free. I've sat in the 60K position on another airline's A359 and enjoyed the easy aisle access and window views. However, the bathrooms flushing were definitely noticeable. I know the view from 40 won't be as nice, but will it be hard to get into the aisle without disturbing everyone else in the row?
I have another red-eye return in PY on the 359 and am wondering what the consensus is on 30A/K vs 31A/K. Do you get "trapped" in 31A when the person front is fully reclined?

40 has a bit more legroom than usual row and no seat reclining in front. But much less space than 60A.and you will disturb the person next to you if going to the toilet.
In PE, row 30 is much better than the other rows, but 30A/C and 30 H/K are bassinet seats.

60A/K are great seats. I choose them on regional Y flights. Quite far from toilets. 59G is a bassinet seat, so 60A might be better.

Bumping this question. We had the option of 40AB vs something like 70AB (normal economy row) so I know it'll be fine but curious if you can stretch legs in 40AB or if the bulkhead is that close?

Are there any mis-aligned window seats in PY? I've booked 32A (30A or 30K not available) and it should be fine? The reason I pick window seats is because I love watching outside, clouds, sky, wing tips.. :-p
