thinking about this to combine with the BA RBC promo to bring it down to 1800 per person.

Great to have you on board SDandi, I can hardly welcome you to FT since you've been around longer than me, but hopefully you won't wait another 3 years before your next posting! Actually some UK readers may well find this useful for nested flights (allegedly frowned on, but I've never had a problem). This is where you make 4 flights off the back of two separate sales, when the US bought tickets constitute flights 2 and 3.

Apologies that the fomatting is a little squint; the far right column is the on sale dates. Some of the fares listed here suggest that they're not all loaded on ba.com just yet (eg NYC).
Am a bit confused what I am looking at...

Don't see Hong Kong either.

An outstanding thread. Thank you all! I just saved close to $800 on an SFO/CPH//LUX/SFO trip that I almost booked last week.

It's called the "Go After the Games Sale" and is limited to ET, WT and WT+. Not the mega sale that was promised in lieu of the 10% Taste voucher.

But don't turn it into a race to the finish - make sure you book before 10 July 2012 for travel after 10 September 2012 - when the Games are officially over.

I have a WT+ booking to make for Dec/Jan and was gonna book in this new sale, although there is no mfu availablilty yet for my outbound anyway. Are we all confident then that a better sale will be on the way (most people mention an end of August sale), and hopefully by then some mfu may have opened up too.

The prices were significantly lower in the sale last August, not sure how representative these are however with any rises in APD/ Fuel since then
