A short, four day, sale in Club and, as far as longhaul is concerned, to North America only, has been loaded today.

Book deadline is midnight 16th April 2018.

Is this for specific dates? I’m not seeing any changes to the fares that I’ve been looking at later in the year

All I have at the moment, and it's not comprehensive as far as NA is concerned, is for packages:

Ł1300 in J from LON-NYC counts as a sale fare right?

Except it's a new, year round fare. Just need to plan ahead. Looks wide open. So is it not a sale? Dunno.

American Airlines and British Airways have introduced some additional Business/Club class fares with varying restrictions.

Introduction of 120AP fares at a significant discount from the current ladder
Introduction of additional varying Advance Purchase for I class and D class (American Airlines) / R class (British Airways) fares

I know ! People didn't seem too exited about them. Which is strange with the amount of folk banging on about "where's our Sale" etc! This is a very decent price, you could lower further if Avios flush, and I chucked a car in for only two days and it gave me the pay later facility

I'll bet that for a lot of people it's the 6m AP that's doing that.
