Thank you, and no, i had to ask....It was actually a very formal request backed by various members of BA management. It then has to go through the ranks. I think that is how most of them are done....people are nominated for them. Although for them to even consider putting out a request you have to be giving a significant amount of revenue.

Just, please, do not go making your own tea in the galley! That was my first experience of a Prem Pax back from CPH... Came out of the flight deck (whilst still on the ground) to find him routing around the trollies to find a cup and tea making materials... I did not know what to say!!!
