It is all sooo confusing.....I have just joined PruHealth who give mega discounts on Holmes Place but cannot get my head round the whole Virgin Classic brand - who wants to work out with a Classic Virgin....?

Put me down as a maybe - let's see if I can keep up my perfect attendance record for Scottish DOs held since I signed up on FT...

Besides, it might a good reason to give that new ZRH-EDI flight on bmi regional a try!

Put me down as a DEFINITE!!!! I love Edinburgh! ^ ^

I'll probably go up Friday night. Last time I stayed in the George, but obviously that's not a choice anymore. Any ideas anyone - I'm quite fancying the Hilton Caledonian, but I'll be Hhonors pleb by then...

Please count me in too ^

I shall be arriving on Saturday 24th March, as that is the last BA flight to EDI ex SOU. Should give me enough time to explore every single watering hole in the city and beyond As for getting back home...?!?

94€ in taxes on ZRH-EDI-ZRH - ...?!?!?

The fare itself is coming in at 124€ with an N fare class - looks like BD are planning to milk this route for all it's worth. Lots of banking traffic, I'm guessing.

I check the board for the first time today and what a pleasant surprise! ^

Thanks to Prospero for organising and Krug for the tip about the LGW F lounge. It may possibly be my first BA trip as (all things going well) a new gold.

I'm booked - £74.70:

BA2938 Sat 12 May
LGW 12:15
EDI 13:40

BA1463 Sun 13 May
EDI 19:20
LHR 20:45

I currently have a cancellable reservation at the Sheraton.

Well you had better put me down as a chaperone to keep these pesky southerners in check! And no hassle with security queues, lost luggage, seating sticking me at the back etc! ^ ^ ^

Wonderful idea

I will be on BA1442 from LHR arriving at 12.35 on 12/05 departing on BA1445 to LHR at 13.45 on 14/05.

What hotels are people staying in? - The Hilton Caledonian looks good.

Thanks to Prospero for organising^ ^

For those flying up from London, bmi appear to be doing the fares for GBP 0 return.... ^

plus £58 for taxes....

Still cheaper than easyJet mind!

Thumbs up

Count me in as a yes! I just hope I have no exams the Monday after!!! This will probably be my last visit to Edinburgh before I move to BCN in May so it's a good excuse!
Thanks Prospero!
