In the same situation here,
Just got an email saying I achieved 5,000 Avios and they will be credited to my account next month.
Yet, I already got 5,000 Avios added to my account? I didn't get any email about compensation.
If this seems to be the case, I'll take it haha

I still have the same issues with the app:
- 00002 error EVERY time I open it (it works second time, reliably)
- no sign of a link to Avios anywhere, other than in the name of the card.
However, and perhaps remarkably, in the last two days I have received:
- 5, 000 Avios (which I suspect is the HfP sign up bonus, but could be the mysterious compensation mentioned above)
- a small number of Avios that corresponds to the reward for the only two transactions I have made
So behind the scenes all seems to be working as it should despite there being literally nowhere I could check the link to my BAEC account.

the ‘mysterious compensation’ was for those who signed up at the initial sign up before the HfP promotional 5k, and was compensation for the extra website issues and all sorts. Most people who signed up before the HfP bonus are getting that. Those who signed up with the HfP bonus will get the bonus instead. No one is getting both.

Me too - got a text a few weeks ago saying that they were going to award 5,000 extra bonus Avios for early card holders like me as an apology for the issues at the launch of the card, and they landed in my account a couple of days ago!

Yes - current balance over £3k but amount spent in the tracker is only £2,030 - don't see why unless there are transactions which don't count?

Has anyone who has had the misfortune to be caught up in this farago but not managed to get above the £200 credit limit because their income evidence did not match the Barclaycard requirements, managed to persuade Barclaycard not to charge the initial £20 monthly fee ?
Has anyone managed to communicate successfully with a sentient being at Barclaycard and persuade them to accept alternative evidence, and if so how ??
Finally, has anyone stuck on £200 managed to cancel their card, and if so how ?

Not sure what kind of timescales you are looking at here but I am generally finding it has around a 1 week delay between the transaction and the tracking being updated. Looking at the figures on mine now, I can see the transaction on the 29th April is in the total but the 2 on the 30th April and beyond are not on there yet.
Not 'instant' like AMEX
