I get huge mixed packs (lengths, thickness, colour) at Dollar Tree in the US. Similar outlets exist.

I was flying First into Heathrow. Myself and first class passengers were made to wait while some old lady was allowed to leave the plane first and go into a waiting car.

It happens, and not just to ‘some old’ ladies, crown wearing or otherwise.

"Nice touch for @BritishAirways to leave everyone in first class waiting for steps while some old lady's car picks her up at the aircraft. Proper going to avoid flying BA for a while!"

Did the old lady have an umbrella a la Mary Poppins - there were no steps!

I assume that this was the infamous flight which Boy George complained about?
It's unusual to make you wait - they just meet them at the bottom of the steps.
These are the guilty party if you want to complain!

Been on a flight twice with said lady. Both times she was traveling with her PA, eating some nut mix. Picked up both the times whilst we waited.

Not much of a delay really at all for the rest of us and probably best all round she that she uses a car to pick her up, rather than go through the 'normal' channels.

The most horrifying thing here is the nut mix! (ducks).
