British Airways Terms and Conditions



1. To be eligible for this offer, customers must be at least 18 years old and be a member of British Airways Executive Club (“BAEC”).



2. Eligible Participants must link their BAEC account to a Nectar account or their Nectar account to a BAEC account, in order to convert their Nectar points into Avios or vice versa.



3. *To qualify for the 350 Avios bonus award, the Eligible Participant must exchange a minimum of 1200 Nectar points into Avios during 27/07/2023 – 02/10/2023. The conversion of 1,200 Nectar points can be made in more than one manual conversion.



4. To convert their Nectar points into Avios, Eligible Customers must visit either the Executive Club Exchange website or the Nectar website. Eligible Customers can manually convert their Nectar points into Avios or vice versa by selecting “Convert your points”.



5. A minimum of 400 Nectar points is required to make a conversion into Avios. Eligible Customers will accrue 250 Avios for every 400 Nectar points converted. Points are transferred instantly when converting Nectar points into Avios.



6. Only one bonus award will be awarded per BAEC account.



7. No multiple bonus awards will be made, one bonus per linked BAEC account.



8. The bonus award is as stated, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.



9. All bonus Avios awards will be made to eligible participants accounts within 28 days of the campaign ending (02/10/2023).



10. British Airways is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this bonus misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the initiative.



11. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all customers involved but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the bonus awards.



12. British Airways’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. British Airways reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond British Airways' control.



13. British Airways reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or terminate any bonus awarded to any individual it finds to be tampering with the award process or the operation of the partnership or the operation of the event, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any promotion related to the event. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the bonus campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, British Airways reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law
