Not BA's, I think. That's having a quiet weekend in Toulouse.

I think that is unlikely. No one is operating A350s from T5 atm and BA's first one won't arrive until Friday.

We're flying to Dubai in early June next year in First on both legs but I understand that the new suite and possibly the new first will operate this route.

I can't find anything in relation to the new suite at that time?

Is there a chance it is taken off during the quieter summer months?

Good point. I think unlikely, here was a period when there were IB a350s operating but I think that’s finished and they are back to a330/340 atm. Also they do a a normal turnaround and wouldn't usually need towing anywhere unless they has a serious tech problem and had to be taken off to the engineering base or stored on a remote stand.

EDIT: just had a quick check, looks like it was an a340 yesterday.

The new First suite isn't announced yet - although it is starting to appear on seat maps - im guessing an announcement will be imminent. If you have one of the new suites it will be clear from your seat map as if its a 777 it will have 8 seats.

Also announced it won't be fitted to the first bunch when CWS is fitted. So there won't be a change of seat on the 777's this year

Any ideas on best J seats / seats to avoid yet? I'm booked in J on the DXB flights in late October. Seat map is wide open at the moment.

Looking for 2 window seats, I think - any advice?

Can we please not start abbreviating Club (World?) Suite to CWS? Because that'll get really confusing really quickly round these parts.

An FT version of the StarTrek Emergency Medical Hologram (doctor) keeps springing to mind.

The real question is what do you want to fit him with??
The problem is that we've complained for ages that BA have bad CS, so that might start creating confusion too...
