This week I was driven from airbridge to airbridge between 2 internal AA flights at DFW in a very nice car. It was definitely a CK agent who escorted me. Totally unnecessary on a 50 minute connection as the gates weren't that far apart as it turned out. It turned out to be a very nice, if somewhat OTT, flight to ORD as I was the first on board and the cabin crew treated me like I was some kind of VIP.

I'm still getting inconsistent CK help in the US. It seems to arrive on the short internal legs, where help is not needed. For the most part, passenger-facing AA staff have no idea what GGL is. Does anyone know if the quid pro quo between CK & GGL will be formalized to provide some consistency of service, or will it be the luck of the draw? Any help most welcome.
Besides, doubt AA would be too keen on it. CK is quite hard to get vs GGL is much easier. I easily requalify for GGL but don't think I would easily make CK, even if I was US based...

Received my first such treatment today. I missed my connection in CLT by about 20 Minutes, and was driven from the gate to the lounge in an Escalade or similar SUV, etc. It gave me a few extra minutes in the lounge which was much appreciated! Entered straight into the lounge via the kitchen...

I'm in CLT tomorrow, weather permitting, and have 45 mins to clear from gate 3 to 6. Bet I don't get escorted!
No mention of anything today at JFK. Standard emerald on my boarding pass and no mention at any lounges etc.
They called for 5 CK members to board first but as there's nothing to indicate I was one of those 5, I didn't move.

As expected, nothing at JFK, LAX, BOS, LAX, PHX, RDU and CLT. Made my 10 min connection just now without a problem, all by myself.
Only seen one person actually board as a CK so far over the last 2 days with all but one of my flights mentioning it.

Have done about 5 trips from ORD-LHR in BA F connecting in from another US airport on AA Domestic First and have not received any CK treatment. It would be great if there is something formalized but highly doubt it will happen.

Well you wouldn't get anything at an AA outstation connecting to ORD, and once you get to ORD you are no longer travelling with AA you are now a BA passenger, so you won't see them there either.

On a PHL-PHL flight at present. 2 CKs on board as they were being chatted to before boarding.
My boarding pass just indicated Emerald on the screen when scanned.
So no idea really how AA figures out GGL=CK on occasion when it doesn't seem to sow if anything beyond gold/OWE.

I had a lot of this earlier in the year but nothing whatsoever in the last 3-4 months with quite a number of sectors spanning locations including CLT, LAX, JFK, ORD and MIA.

I had a short connection yesterday from remote terminal at LAX (T5 for regional jets) onto another AA flight (T4) and there was a very nice CK lady waiting for me, driven to the other gate in c. 10 mins instead of the 25+ on the bus
