I have been monitoring a specific fare to KRK and overnight the HBO fare has jumped hugely, it may be a co-incidence and all the lower fare classes just happened to have been sold overnight but I have that and another SH to book within the next week or so and will be watching closely. I might just have to take my first flight on a LCC!

Has anything changed here?

Example is taken from LHR-MAD
It looks like you can only UUA on full flex. If that's the case this is a major "enhancement".

Actually, since you asked.... No, it appears not. When I proceed to the next stage of the booking, BA.com tells me the O class fare selected is a Standard fare and offers upsell options for Semi-Flex and Fully-Flex.

What makes you think that? Once the O bucket is sold out other fares will be offered. It's only with O Q and G fares that you're not able to UuA.

I'm not seeing any changes on the VIE-LHR route, could it be that this actually kicks in at midnight tonight??

Think they must be taking their time or doing it route by route. LON-FRA is still in the old format

Just been advised the roll out of new fare structure has been delayed.

Jokes.
They can't even get the exit row seating issue 'fixed'. Nevermind roll out a new fare structure.

I'm wondering if this is all part of the same problem? Maybe the new fare structure is dependent on what they've tried to implement for the seat selection. As this is not yet working correctly, they can't go ahead with the fare structure changes?

Hmm I'm a bit annoyed. I wanted to see what the prices for the new fare would be so I've held off booking until now. I hope the prices haven't gone up.

Due to IT problems?

Are it the same IT guys who are fixing the exit seat reservation issue that now have to implement the new fare structure? If so, a little patience will be needed.
