I have a first communion that day about 25 miles away but these timings may suit me as it's an afternoon event that can fall over into evening but unsure the plans.
It's a tentative maybe from me.

The restaurant is always mega popular on Saturday nights and is usually well booked in advance.
So unless someone drops out, and there are still a few maybes who's names are/were already on the Wiki and have been for some time. I'll know on the week of the Do whether about 3 folks are actually coming for definite.
I've also asked the restaurant if there are any 'reserve' places from cancellations then if I could have first choice as I had a feeling a few might want to come soon before the Do which I fully understand due to work commitments etc.
However, we are meeting for 2 hours before hand and after the meal we will probably go to a nearby pub so you'd only miss out on the meal part but I will do my very best to make sure that's not the case!! There are also a few arriving on the Friday and early on the Saturday too so I am sure something can be arranged for a meet up.
I PM'd folks early this week and not everyone has replied so ysb41 and stephenjc if you are reading this please get back as soon as possible, thanks!
I'm monitoring this thread very closely so I will PM you as soon as I get more info. We were squeezing it very tight to start with so be warned folks we will al be VERY cosy next to each other on the night!

I for one appreciate all the effort you are going through to arrange. Not easy and especially not when moving house as well. And it is clear you are going the extra mile in replicating the seating in Y on the 787!

Thanks for organising this PETER01 and hope the house move is going well.
If anybody is about on the Friday evening prior to the DO for a quick drink let me know, I do have an early train to catch in the morning but I'm sure I can fit in one.

Thanks for the comments, appreciated but it was relatively quite easy to organise.
EDI_Martin and TheFlyingDoctor don't give up hope yet! I am uptown on Monday nearby so I will pop in and use my hypnotic powers of persuaion!
Also no reply from 2 posters yet and a few maybes' still so I remain optimistic as through many Do's they are very fluid.
Very much looking forward to the night and meeting some familiar faces as well as new ones.

Might I please be added to the "waitlist" for the Saturday dinner?
No worries at all if that's already full, am late to this game as have only just been cleared for the dates.

OK dokey. It's full at the moment and the restaurant just can't physically squeeze anymore in as they're at maximum capacity. I'll be pressing for a final answer from a couple of maybes and deleted ysb41 who voted but hasn't been on since Feb nor responded to an e mail address in his profile.
