Don't worry about it. Peter01 has paid for everybody. We just need to cough up for it later. Apparently any currency is allowed!

Don't worry, it was just the deposit I paid so it comes off the meal price and madfish ,don't you be trying any funny business giving me Hong Kong coins, SA rands or anything else!

Don't really see them now but they're still legal tender I think?

It's a beautiful, sunny 21 °C in London today.

Ahh well, better find my jumper, change into a long sleeved shirt and head to the airport

That's a real shame. Was looking forward to meeting especially as I was sat behind them on the flight.

Yes, I'm afraid the issue that has caused me to be grounded on and off for the last four months has revisited which meant a very late change of plan. I actually got to the drop-off area at MAN T3 before having to return home. Unfortunately this has happened quite a lot since December.

It's a pity you didn't choose 1E - you'd probably get the whole row to yourself! I'm sure someone going to the DO chose 1E as that seat was taken very quickly after the date was confirmed and when virtually every other seat on the aircraft was available.

Whoever sits there, raise your G&T to us as you sit back enjoying the space we've provided whilst wondering what could have been

Enjoy yourselves everyone, I'm sure it will be a great night.

Don't worry... I even went to see if I could grab your seat but they said you were already checked in! Unless somebody else has nabbed it!
