A more complicated pano. Shot at 35mm on the big Pentax- a combination of 27 shots to make a full size image of 270 mp...A lot of effort but results in less distortion, but a bigger tif file of 1.5GB...

Why I always want the window seat - you never know what you'll see... . While not strictly from a BA flight, and not the best of photos, it's shared due to it's interest - a KC135 refueling a B52 over Mississippi on 18 June 2019, taken from AA 812 (CLT-LAX) at about 36,000'.
(Geek-ish analysis suggests that they were about 4.2 miles away at a height of about 30,000')

BA 648 LHR - CFU. G-NEOS on short finals Rwy 35.
It's become popular with local tour companies to include a visit to the small bridge at the end of the runway for landing/take offs. If you go I can recommend The Cafe Royal in the picture above the trees on the right. I took this from Nisos Restaurant on the opposite bank, again a great place for a drink/snack. Both my BA flights out and back were great.

I remember walking along that bridge/causeway at the end of the runway (about 35 years ago) and my hair was standing on end and crackling with static electricity!

Great thread and great pics as usual, love looking at what others find interesting and the amazing 'slices' of life captured.
Some from our recent trip to Rhodes with BA: (as always from my iPhone X, the only camera I have with me!)
Rhodes City, loved the idyllic scenes in the back alleys of the historic city.
Cats are such rebels aren't they?
Rhodes City, narrow lanes, mopeds, plenty of greenery and lovely to stroll through.
Lindos, a rare stretch showing some lovely flowers and the lovely white houses (and without the endless touts and tourists!)
Safe travels everyone.
