No, that award would certainly go to the free wifi on the 15 minute ride on the HEX, which takes around 10 minutes to log on to.

I thought they had improved that with the refurbishment of the trains since 2012?

AMS has been updated. See http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...-2014-a-3.html for detailed directions to the lounge and of course, the latest discussion

Champagne is now only offered between 12pm and 2pm and after 7pm. Which is a rather ridiculous policy IMHO.
A further visit confirmed this is definitely the policy now.

This won't take long then! No lounge, no voucher, it's nada, just a lot of free snow. I will do a brief route review on this separately.

Malaga AGP

I am slightly surprised this one isn't in our list, probably the first time in history that MMB was more useful than Flyertalk! It is a big and modern lounge, the fare pretty much standard for shorthaul lounges in Europe. More professional photos are in this thread/post. Note, AGP is one of those "we will make you enjoy the Duty Free store" airports, however the route laid out is clearly deliberately circuitous to maximise the shopping experience. A sharp left turn will get you back to sanity more rapidly.

In BRU they have new coffee machines which are better than the old ones except no more decaf speciality coffees...however the positives come with some negatives, crisps are now only available after 2PM-they have always been there once serviced changed over for lunch! What kind of cost saving is this? I was shocked when I was told this.

The AA Admirals Club at Paris CDG now closes at 17.30, no big loss of course with the superior CX lounge next door.

Help yourself. No fizzy stuff noticed, but I suspect that won't topple the World off its axis
Still the same as when T8191 visited for his holiday.
No fizzy, and no real hot food options either (ham and cheese quiche squares, or mushroom vol au vents).

Picture added below of the cold food options and some of the drink selection.

Does anybody know if the Sala Dami lounge at Terminal 4 in Madrid is open 24 hours a day or not?

The oneworld website shows that it's open from 06:00 am, but on this thread the opening hours are listed as non-stop.

According to Iberia both lounges are open 24 hours a day.

Thanks for the link Prospero ^ Obviously the information on the oneworld site is out of date.

I am in the Marseille lounge and it doesn't quite compute to the details provided, there's certainly no reference to Cézanne anywhere that I can see, and the photo doesn't look right either. The rest of the details are OK, and I know the lounge hasn't changed recently, so just mentioning the things which don't look right.

MRS
MP+ Salon VIP Lounge (MP+ stands for Aéroport Marseille Provence+)
Hall (Terminal) 1 - airside, immediately left after Schengen passport control.

Paid access available landside €19 from business centre and carpark cashiers.

Swipe cards available from check-in, however BA's OLCI boarding passes also work. Push door after hearing click. Not staffed full time.

Add to food: cereals, mini baguettes, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, yogurt, sandwiches, salad tubs, sweets, chocolate.

Drinks - add smoothies, iced tea, wide range of soft drinks. Nespresso machine. I can see no spirits, but there is Richard branded red, white and rosé wine, 1664 and Carlsberg.

Actually, after NCE, probably the best French provincial lounge, from admittedly a less than stellar cast.

LCA - Swissport
Add - outdoor smoking terrace with seating
Add - Paid admission on the door €33

Brussels:
You can use the (very nice) Brussels Airlines The Loft lounge in the Schengen concourse, however, BA's only destination within Schengen is Billund.

So it seems that the Sala Dami VIP Lounge at Madrid Terminal 4 is not open 24 hours a day as shown in the graphics on this lounge database. Although it's also listed on the Iberia website as being open 24/7, it is actually open from 6 a.m. until midnight.
