As has been noted a couple of times in the last few weeks, this function on the bmi site is completely hosed. It is displaying availability for all flights, even when they are not available.

Has anyone had any recent experience with getting Envoy seats with US Air? Im looking at flying with them late next Oct from PHL to anywhere in Europe and there are lots of open seats in coach, but not business.....is it a case of those seats opening up closer to the time or not at all?

LHR-DME availability after 26/08/2012
Hi, I have noticed that on BMI website any award availability between LHR and many international destinations to disappear after August 26, 2012. I would've guessed that it may be the date after which they plan to be sold and therefore dont allow redemption bookings, but booking revenue ticket is still possible with BD flight numbers even past that date and domestic availability/DUB flights seem to be not affected.
Any guesses as to why this may be happening?

LHR-DME has BD award availability in Sep 2012 in ANA. Most likely this is (yet another) problem with the online award function.

Anyone have any bright ideas for 2x C seats from LAX/SFO/SAN to Europe around the 8th/9th of Jun 2012?
Obviously LAX-LHR with NZ would be my first preference, but that seems unlikely until very close to the date, if at all.
I've not had much luck via, SFO, ORD, IAD, ZRH, FRA. Any ideas?

Booked just now, Sun 18th Nov, MAN-FRA-NRT-AKL on LH/NZ. 2 seats in C and on the 388 from FRA-NRT which will be a new experience.
I splashed out on KVS tool registration for myself which really helped. 3rd time lucky in finding an agent who could see beyond the end of their nose. Can see all is there via LH website and charges all as expected so I'm a happy bunny.

Tried to book an award today (PVG-BKK) in May with availabe seats shown on ANA and Aeroplan.
4 different callcenter agents didnt see any free seats.
US DM could book in 5 minutes. ^

I've checked on aeroplan and sees plenty of availability for 1 x C from NGO-SYD Sep 17. But when I called the DC, all they have is C with Air China or Y with SQ.
Is this just a case of trying a diffrent agent or DC can't those awards?
