Redemption Help: DC redemption : need help checking availability for....

Got lots of bmi miles and never redemeed, based in uk and bound by wife being tied to school hols which means last 2 weeks in July, all of august.
Looking for 2 tikts, biz class? to almost anywhere in the usa in that time period for 10 to 15 days. I'm a United whore and have got nowhere on their inventory.
Will fly fromn anywhere in UK, Fave destinations are west coast, LAX, south, memphis/etc or at apinch the hawaii islands but realise that ups the game. HELp please-if I dont book something soon the wife will have me on a plate...!!!

Nothing in Business, though AC575 nonstop is available in Economy.

Nothing on CO. Via FRA you can have Y to EWR (LH402 or LH484) or JFK (LH404) on 12/5 or C to EWR (LH402) on 13/5. Returning on 16/5 the only option is LH485 from EWR in Y. Connections to/from DUB OK for all these.

Folks,
looking for earliest *A Business Class availability ADL-VIE from May 1st for the missus. Guessing SQ availability is non-existent out of ADL, but perhaps NZ ADL-AKL etc. Return would be as close as possible to end May.
At a pinch, could do ex-MEL by purchasing QF add-ons, but not ex-SYD/PER/BNE because of the terminal changes with huge bags and tiny missus on her own (:-)). Thai is a possibility here, although I suspect horrific 12+ hour layovers in BKK on the return.
Any constructive suggestions from the redemption gurus gratefully accepted!

There are a few outbounds for 2 people in business from MEL via ZRH/ARN/DME on May 3rd, the connections arent too bad, even if going via FRA, its only a 6 hour connection

Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue finding the availability from ANA (LX HKG-ZRH on June 19) with Diamond Club. ANA shows 1 seat in F.
Is there some difference in what they see available, is it about F, or do I need to play agent roulette?
Update: Noob mistake, I called again, the 3rd agent could see the segment. All good!

Thanks. I finally found all the necessary available flights with the ANA tool - although the DC call center just replied with a flat "no availability" on the sectors I wanted. Can't get past that "immovable object", I guess.....

Good point. Did that, held her hand and guided her through each every sector that I knew was available from the ANA tool and got there in the end - on an international mobile phone call lasting a long time.............. Probably cost me more that the taxes 
Strangely enough the first agent that refused my booking sharply rejected my protestations and how could I possibly know what award inventory was available!
So I'm happy with my Business Class booking MEL to VIE despite the pain. Wonder how many staff are actually in the call center and what are the chances of getting the same unhelpful agent again?
