Strangely enough the first agent that refused my booking sharply rejected my protestations and how could I possibly know what award inventory was available!
So I'm happy with my Business Class booking MEL to VIE despite the pain. Wonder how many staff are actually in the call center and what are the chances of getting the same unhelpful agent again?
Why didn't you use Skype ?
