Then use your email address and the password supplied to login on that page - the profile page is always the first page nowadays. Hope this helps!
Maybe they've decided to outsource their IT department to some place cheap yet unsuitable too??

Mine's broken too. Logged in this morning, got some rubbish about My Profile, tried to correct a few things (e-mail address, address) and wouldn't save (and it kept asking for a compulsory Address 2 - I have no such thing!). When I finally hacked it about it told me my password was wrong (I just put in my PIN, I have no password that I recall). Now I can't log in at all Sigh...

Tried harri's trick - without success. I have decided not to continue attempting logins and will call Diamond Club twice a week after my flights to ensure my points have been posted. I would encourage others to do the same - then perhaps it will be fixed and they will not launch new and untested versions again.

It still looks like a beta version - that whole thing with vertical slashes as a line break? Yuck.
There's also the part about my qualification period being moved up 5 days. Oddly enough, it really has quite an effect for Americans (going from 11/30-11/29 to 11/25-11/24).
