Unsure about connecting in zone 1?

Flying NRT - BKK (stopover) - LHR (break overnight, as no flight available same day) - LIS. Is this route allowed as a zone 8 - 2? Unsure about connecting in zone 1, when flying Zone 8 to Zone 2. Is the 7,500 extra miles applies and if so per connection, or is that a return figure? Regards |

Want some advice if I may;
Trying to get from SYD -AKL - LHR with the cheapest possible taxes, as a result I have come up with this; AKL - PVG - IST - LHR Only reason via PVG cause NZ do not charge YQ out of AKL and TK's YQ is really cheap to IST......now for my question...because I am doing a 4 hour layover in IST will it cost me more miles to connect onto LHR instead of the normal 35,750? If anyone can recommend another airline with low YQ please do share. |
