As of 2/12/14: We've had quite a few "Hey, come use this AWD. It's great" type of posts. When the AWD doesn't give a good discount, but is only posted to try to get renters to use the AWD of someone so the poster can earn free days from their Avis Corporate account. From here out, please put the company/trade group/etc that's associated with the AWD or we'll delete the post to keep it on-topic here.

Code that works - South Of France

Travelled from UK to Marseille for 2 weeks just got back yesterday. Long time lurker on here but never posted. Thought I’d just add because I had such a great discount and experience.

booked 2 weeks rental from Marseille airport, Avis preferred. Week before going. Used Accenture company code B406700 - pay on collection. Car category was quoted at Ł1200, this gave me 55% discount.

Used quick pass & digital registration 24h before. NO questions asked at counter about code, signed for the keys and off I went.

highly recommend using in any European country really. My plan all along was to say I was a contractor for them.

My corp has two codes, one business and one leisure. They both have insurance/LDW. These things vary a lot.
Once at a leisure destination Avis tried to tell me that all corp AWD's are only for business and tried to stop me from using the leisure code, but I stood my ground.

Avis has really tightened up.. Just tried this for a reservation and it wants a valid corporate email address. I'm presuming accenture.com is required.

Is the website/app specifically asking for a corporate email address when you try to confirm a corporate rate, or does it just reject the reservation if you use a non-corporate email address?

It says something like enter a corporate email address and then it says check your corporate email to continue.

Car rental with 15% discount

Travel all over Greece with Avis & Vodafone.

We plan the summer holidays together with the best prices. Are you a Vodafone subscriber and are you planning your next getaway by car? Now Avis, in collaboration with Vodafone, offers a 15 % discount on car rental, for travel throughout Greece.
Anyone used this code? If I use it for a rental in mainland Spain it it offering a decent discount but only on a pay on collection basis, normally I like to try and use pre-pay AWD then just use Avis preferred to grab the car and go. is it for Vodafone staff or customers? Cant see anything on google

Family just rented from Avis in SEA. They were asked to provide proof of employment. Provided a biz card, but apparently come Oct. 1, a business card is no longer going to be accepted. Have to show a paystub, or letter from company or your company email. Can anyone confirm this?

Probably best to ask your HR or travel manager.

Of course. But figured no harm asking here as well.
