Those are huge qualifiers.

I agree with Ranko. I have my serious doubts too.

Two of the coolest C2-C1 boomies are still plenty available.

make it 3.

There seems to be 1 Star Alliance carrier that remains totally unfixed and which ignores/ by-passes the AV override algoritm altogether.

Are the C1 to C2 boomers in F or J? I have no interest in racking up miles to fly Y.

Yes a big one. In J and close to home.

For the avoidance of doubt, No woodcutting tool involved

yerffej201 Jun 1, 2014 6:53 pm

you're still seeing c1-c2 boomers?
maybe my account got blocked. (I'm sure someone of you would love that)

Tried to send screenshots of C1-C2 as well as C2-C1 Boomies with all details to you.
Did you not get it ?
So terribly sorry about that.

Again: For the avoidance of doubt, No woodcutting tool or fermented items involved because by definition that would not be Boomies.

Everybody had that at one point in their life. What usually worked was take a few days off, but without blackberry, iPhone etc.

And when you come back use a different browser.

Yes, I think IE and Chrome freeze ... Firefox works (not sure about Safari and Opera but those are crap browsers anyways :D)

Not.

Not.

Identified 34 airports at this time. A auto scan would be more efficient - but have good ideas as to what criteria makes an airport "TATLable" ,so the search is much much faster than just trial and error.

BR:BKK-VIE books very attractively in Business Class.

LH(FRA/MUC) and TK(IST) are so lame.

I'd take TK any day over BR's A332 to VIE... Now if it were their 77W then totally agree

BKK-VIE is one of those that can be had on Austrian in C. E.g. June 5th.
No clue why.

PS System down. Thought I'd do a screenshot, just in case. Pffft

Correct. It was not a comparison of carriers but the fact that VIE is one of my favorite cities in the world. IST is great but so easy to get to.

Nope. Now June 6th (the 5th seems gone), 15th for instance.
More in Y.

By the way, talking about Bangkok. For those who don't like Frankfurt too much but appreciate the FCT, there's a route in Thai and LH First, if you are quick to grab opportunities.

Thanks for the stream of encouraging news, WWE!

But is the above BR vs LH/TK reference related to your "C1<>C2 boomies and 34 airports TATLable", or is it something entirely different? I guess I'm just confused  :D

It was Ex-BKK to C2 or example of attractive C3-C2 Boomie.

Maybe old news but it seems that AC TATL in Biz has survived too YYZ and YUL.

I thought you might have been referring to AC and searched alot this pm but nothing came up that was 'interesting'

I was referring to AirCanada. Absalon City and Venice of the North and Wybo City.

Add: City of the Origin of the Rothchilds.

As to miles required for BIZ (15*2) X 10

Y also available at (5*3) X 100.
I should mention that availabilities are extremely limited.

Would like to fly BR, but having trouble figuring out where I'd like to go :-)

Knowing how many miles I would be spending on the trip would be a useful way of both seeing how attractive it is and where I am going....

At the moment. ;)
There seems to be a new rule for OS flights showing up in LM.

zagy Jun 3, 2014 12:37 am

Thanks to WWE and WolfvanWeen (and others) for the encouraging news.
I have to admit I was too quick to give up on this - just check a couple of routes and a couple of dates and since I didn't consider the really low TATL availability currently, everything looked 'dead'.

It does seem that the there's still a number of good routes that survived the jeffmageddon :)

Doing some testing now but it does seem that most of the stuff that required forcing a carrier died, indicating that there was some intervention in the booking engine. E.g. even the previously widely available C2-BKK for 35k, which required forcing TG.

Tomahawktraveler Jun 3, 2014 2:07 am

[QUOTE=Air Rarotonga;22952490]At the moment we don't have the confirmation, that all not working tricks were cancelled by LM or if it is just a combination of their IT and lack of availability... Just think about when the UA flights were not bookable with LM... They came back, we don't know the exact reason why they temporarily were not bookable...

C1 to the wood cutter tool I keep finding in Y, is it possible that C2 to wood cutter tool is no longer offered in anything but Y ? It is a thought. I flew that route once in j and I think I was just the only one in J at the time

The route is still offered in J (you can easily check that).

TATL availability is really bad.

Of course availability is bad. Now that lm and its tricks have become so mainstream every seat will be snapped up in a jiffy.
