I know they don't have their own lounges; that's kinda my point. You said, "JetBlue fliers don't get diddly squat" I guess my assertion would be that JB fliers don't get diddly squat most places, in terms of lounges, so JFK isn't really that different for JB fliers.

Regards

I understand. My point was more that there are no lounge options at all in T5 now (the only place B6 operates), whereas you used to be able to get into Airspace with a Platinum card. At other airports where B6 operates, you can access Priority Pass lounges at the very least.

Wasn't implying there is "no place" that is why I said "very many places."

I didn't mean to derail the thread, a list of everywhere a JB flier has PP access is not necessary for my benefit.

Hopefully it opens soon. It's great that it'll be in the Delta terminal seeing Am Ex lounge access is a benefit of the reserve card.

I am going to JFK T4 probably in March and I am sure it won't be around at all. Maybe in November this year, it will? Who knows.

TPG with a first look at the Centurion lounge in JFK, which apparently is opening "in the coming days". Having only visited the LGA Centurion before I will be pretty interested to see what the 15,000 square foot space looks like when I take my next planned trip in June... most excited about the THREE bars (including the speakeasy).

EDIT

The Amex page has also been updated and includes sample menus and a nice video walkthrough of the lounge.

I wrote this in January. It's now October. I think my prophecy was rather accurate.

JFK should be very interesting. I look forward to seeing how packed that place becomes. On the other hand, the SC should quiet down significantly.

As someone that regularly goes to JFK T4, I'm very pleased! Now need the LHR T3 one to open, and I will be able to use the Centurion Lounge at both ends of my most common flight.

Given that T3 @ LHR is closed, seemingly indefinitely, I wouldn't hold my breath for that opening any time soon. Not sure how Amex can say that location is "on track" with any kind of straight face.
