Points still in account, have not tried transfer. All spend was organic, though did have a prior Platinum.

It's impossible to know without trying to transfer, right?

I'm in that situation and am kind of afraid to touch it. Hoping to run out the clock, assuming there is one.

Points still in account, but frozen - I've been trying to transfer for an Xmas award booking for the past two weeks. Prospects for Xmas trip ain't looking great now. Organic spend, but do have a prior Ameriprise Platinum.

Claw backs seem to still be rolling out bit by bit, so I won't assume I'm safe.

I would say I didn't....but to be honest, I got my 100K in July & didn't make a transfer until mid-August, so they may have been frozen & I not even realized--all pts still there, 1st Plat product, all organic spend, fingers crossed

Good luck with that if you needed the Serve $1k to hit $3k...Serve is the most explicit form of 'loading prepaid cards'. No way they'll back down from that.

Spending met mid May not frozen at any point in time (not that I tried often). Transferred 200k out and 200k MR are left.

i was specifically told my previous ameriprise platinum with no bonus is why my 100k points were clawed back. i have opened another cfpb complaint about this.

Just happened to me, I was trying to transfer tonight and they are frozen "This action will not be completed at this time because your account is currently being reviewed to make sure all eligible purchases meet qualifying criteria.

Holy smokes! My points just got unfrozen!!! Bonus posted on 9 July, all organic spend. No action on my part, aside from attempting transfers almost daily the past two weeks.
