I've made two Centurion FHR reservations for Vegas in the last couple of weeks. MO gave me the room upgrade at time of reservation and Wynn was, if available, at checkin.

Sykloft person was "confused".

I'm currently in the Venetian on a FHR booking and was given an upgrade, was even offered suites a couple categories higher at heavily discounted rates

I was just in Vegas and Bellagio has changed the breakfast vouchers from being a flat $20 each to $14 each and not useable at the buffet anymore. Bellagio also allowed you to apply the $85 Olives credit (or $100 spa) to any meal if you presented them at checkout. They refused to do it this time even after a manager told me to do it that way to get a better value. Went all the way to the hotel manager, who basically called me a liar. I won't be staying at the Bellagio anymore. It was very disappointing.

Yes. As long as I presented the voucher at checkout to be applied to my bill it came off as an $85 food and beverage credit. Did that probably 20 times without any problems until last week. I was more upset at how rude everyone at the front desk was than anything (since I know I was bending rules to begin with).

The breakfast for the Venetian was still the preset continental breakfast. I always choose pastries and usually get that to keep in the room as snacks. I specify that it's for two and I get a decent amount of pastries. It's not a meal, but it's nice to have around and the pot of coffee is always welcome.

I was given more coupons/vouchers this time than previously. There was the voucher for the meal at Pinot Brasserie, which had more dinner choices than the last time I stayed (Dec '11) [I was also allowed to use it twice as I was dining alone and it states it's for two people], a free coffee voucher and one 2 for 1 drinks/beer at a casino bar.

Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas

Was met at the porte cochere by a front desk staff member who greeted me by name and escorted me directly to the room to check in there. Upon my asking, upgrade was not available Friday or Saturday night, but was available Sunday night (which I declined). 3rd night was free, got the $100 spa credit, $50 a day in breakfast credit (was able to use this in-room, at the MOzen Bistro, and one day ate breakfast poolside), and checked out at 3pm Monday with no issues. The bill was correct upon checkout, all credits properly applied.

Great stay and looking forward to returning!

With apologies for the double post, I wanted to note my experience at the MO here as well as in the "FHR Benefits..." thread.

For the breakfasts in Four Seasons, if we stay there on weekends, can we eat at their Buffet? if not, can we pay for the difference? How much?

Also, how's the room renovation progress at Four Seasons ? have they began yet?

Slightly OT but does the free breakfast credit incude the buffet, for example when staying at the Bellagio?

It used to. I was there 2 weeks ago and it has changed. You can no longer use the breakfast vouchers at the buffet.

Four Seasons Las Vegas

$279/night for Standard room (less than rate on FS website)

At check-in, was upgraded to Superior room (exactly same room with slightly better view) but also offered upgrade to 1-bedroom suite (twice size of standard room) for $125, which I accepted. Unfortunately the view is "standard" aka parking garage view. But for one night it's fine.

$85 credit toward dinner in Verandah restaurant, which about covers two entrees and a shared appetizer.

$54/day credit toward breakfast in Verandah or room service.

Offered late check-out.

Personally, I prefer Cafe Bellagio for my breakfasts. Cooked to order, table service, and unless it has changed, I was able to use my vouchers any time of the day or night - since everyone's body clock is different, breakfast for you could be at 10pm.
