I needed to write void and our Business Extra account number across the front. Scan and email those to BE before the certs will expire. It took two days to see the points back to our account. The expiration date says 12/31/2020, but I am not sure how the expiration date was determined... |

I registered for this promo : Small Business Week is April 29th–May 5th, and we want to celebrate by giving you more ways to earn. Register using promotion code SMBWEEK2018 and fly at least once during that week to earn 500 bonus points. The flight and its noramal point accrual posted, but the promo points did not. Any other experiences ? I see the condions info about timing.....I’ve experienced that the promos usually post the same day as the flight accrual. |

I had actually signed up after flying the segment, but before it had credited to my AAdvantage account, as I read about the promo on FT only that day. |

If I applied a BXP1 to a reservation prior to them becoming electronic, will I be able to check in online or will I still need to check in with an agent? |

Question on BXP2 and BXP3
Apologies, I tried reading most of the thread but did not find my answers. First question might be dumb, so sorry... I understand that I can earn on BA marketed flights, any circumstances that I can use a BXP2 or BXP3 on BA metal? Second is how are BXP2 and BXP3 handled on PE fare codes (W,P) on AA metal, do they consider it full fare (like Y fare) and allow only a BPX2 vs BPX3, any experiences. Thanks in advance.

So I booked LAX-HNL-LAX in T I was able to change my outbound for free just because I am EXP. Also, I was able to use the same day confirmed flight change for the outbound flight without fee online then just before boarding I was comp upgraded. I already got comp upgrade for inbound flight. Now I want to take an earlier flight (inbound). T is available for the flight I want to take but my seat was already upgraded, so that means if I want to change my flight, will I lose my F seat? I am not sure if comp upgrade is available for the flight I want to take, but U T C are available. What is the best way to keep my F seat if I want to change my flight? My flight is next Monday... |

I'd keep the flight & F seat unless F on your desired flight looks really promising... |
Do flight credit requests on BA often take longer than AA? Makes sense they would - submitted one a few days ago and the AA flight posted but still waiting on the BA one.

Last week, I'm flying with a colleague of mine who is either Plat or PP and he was using one of our BXP1 certs. I was speaking to an agent in the lounge and I commented about how far down the list he was for the upgrade so she looked up the list and showed him basically dead last behind even golds trying to up upgrade.. She could not figure it out and even asked another agent for help who also could not help. At the gate, I asked the agent again and she could not fix it either so I suggested get rid of the upgrade cert and use the stickers in my account. The system would not let her remove the cert information so he remained at the bottom of the list. In this case it did not matter as no one was cleared into first. Any ideas if this is a bug in the system or the way it is supposed to be? The agent in the lounge showed me the screen listing him below UPG1's, UPG2, as BX.
I plan on contacting BE on Monday and see what they say, but just curious if anyone here has any experience with this. |
