AA 2276 ORD-EWR 7/24 - no PDB. Plane went mechanical so we were delayed 90 mins. Still, it seems boarding and catering went fine, the neglect of PDB was likely intentional.

AA 2068 LGA-CLT 7/26 - water offered (amusing story below)

AA 2964 CLT-SEA 7/26 - no PDB. Boarded, catered, and departed on time. Intentional.


**story on 2068: I boarded last in J. Everyone was clearly offered only water as no one else had anything but water, and only water was open and prepared in the galley. When I sat down, the FA, seemingly out of some long lost habit asked, "would you like something to drink" rather than "would you like some water." This would be my first PDB in two dozen segments, so I was shocked - and judging by the look on her face, she was every bit as shocked to hear those words coming out of her mouth as I was, though of course then she was committed. I asked for sparkling wine and enjoyed my drink, to the envy of the rest of the cabin.

7/28 AA2683 DFW-RDU Full PBD

Last night MCO/MIA boarded as the door was closing from a late connection. More drama as someone was in my seat but there was another open seat in F. FA immediately asked me if I wanted a drink. We push back and a FA comes running up from coach screaming a passenger has just caused a bunch of trouble (never did find out what) and she needs to come off the flight. We return to the gate with the Captain not particularly happy this is occurring for a 34 minute flight. F FA makes announcement to F there's another round while we wait for the passenger to be escorted off the plane. Two rounds in the sky.

MIA-AUS: Water or Orange PDB! Also hot towels were distributed before breakfast.

AUS-SJD: No PDB. At least the flight attendant thanked me for being an EXP. First time this year!

7/29 afternoon/evening
OKC-LAX E175 no PDB. (Great service in the air...3 double bourbons....I was the only F passenger drinking it).

LAX-LASFull bar PDB and full bar in flight. Awesome service.

Viva Las Vegas!

Being acknowledged costs AA nothing but is priceless to the passenger!

SNA-JFK flagship business transcon, entire J cabin was offered sparkling wine, juice or water on a tray.

Crew was friendly and helpful throughout the flight.

Also glad to see hot towels back in transcon premium.

7/31 LAX-BOS on 321T redeye: PDB on J. Juice, water, sparkling wine, mimosa.
8/1 BOS-PHL on regular 321: No PDB :(

POS - MIA - OJ or water offered, someone did request a sparkling wine and it was granted (no thanks at 7am)
MIA - JFK - OJ or water
JFK - LHR - OJ, sparkling wine, or water offered. Full bar was available

On an AA flight DFW-LAX... got the old OJ & water routine at 4:30 PM followed by single minis begrudgingly handed out only on request starting an hour after pushback.

Some FAs seem scared to serve alcohol at all.

LAS to AUS on 8/15/22 - unrestricted PDB happily offered by our Chicago-based cabin crew.
AUS to CLT 2.5 hours later - unrestricted PDB happily offered by the same Chicago-based flight crew,
