Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

Probably a stupid question: Are they even allowed to serve alcoholic drinks as PDB on flights between the US and Canada or are there any customs or tax regulations forbidding this?

7/18 DCA-ORD B738 Full PDB
7/21 ORD-DCA B738 Full PDB

Friendly and proficient service both ways, even with the outbound not being catered at DCA due to weather IRROPS. As a UA flyer, I'm always pleasantly surprised at how much better AA is (for the handful of flights I take per year).

You know it’s going to be a good flight when your CLT-SFO crew finishes boarding and then holds the plane so we can have enough drink mixers for the flight! Rock on!

7/28 AA 1194 MIA - MCO nothing, despite a 20 min delay while still being at the gate in MIA
7/28 AA 2757 MCO - LAX nothing, people had spend a 2.5 h weather delay in the airport (AC long closed) so maybe at least some water or juice would have been appreciated...
