Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

9/18 AA0340 LAX-MIA LAA321 Tray of sparkling wine or OJ.

9/18 AA1254 MIA-SJU LAA 321 No PDB.

9/18 AA1209 SJU-MIA LAA 321 Tray of water with ice.

9/18 AA2289 MIA-LAX LUS321 No PDB. While plane being catered, lead FA cut her hand on galley cabinet door handle; crew and gate staff discussions ensued about location of first-aid kit and whether to call paramedics. One bandage later, flight departed.

9/20 AA 1643 ATL-CLT 737-800: Full PDB despite delay
9/10 AA 1794 CLT-RDU A-320: Full PDB

I really think AA is getting better at this, I haven't missed a PDB in months and I've been on all routes, all aircraft, delays, no delays etc.

Awesome run.... but the vast majority of these are pmUS. So while I hope you are correct, I think you are seeing the pmUS routes that are still delivering full PDB. Whereas I have been flying more pmAA routes lately and have gotten the tray of water/oj almost without exception; Requests for a different drink have been met with 50/50 yes/no, most with attitude.

Been flying between ONT and DFW and ONT to AUS via DFW recently. Two of the last four flights have had no PDB, two others have had water/OJ as the only choice. The streak is over.

Well I'm going to have to supply some further data that disagrees with you:

9/21 AA 2472 RDU-DFW 737-800: Full PDB
9/21 AA 3209 DFW-COU CRJ-700: Full PDB
9/22 AA 4343 MCI-MIA EMB-175: Full PDB
9/22 AA 1286 MIA-RDU A-319: Full PDB

Crew on RDU-DFW had old AA scissor logo badges, one crew member on MIA-RDU had the old wreath at the collar style uniform on.

And in contrast I had an F FA wearing on old US flag logo shirt on a 738 and all this crew managed was water or OJ.
