Are they switching to 1 pt/$10 spent? That's how my points were meted out this statement.

Odd. No mention of this on the BE website, but our May activity posted at this amount also.

Question - If one submits a points request for an itinerary that spans two months, do they have to request it again for the return?

Strange. Mine is still 1pt for every 5$ in May. The earning section on the website still states this as well.

Definitely and I can say I won't be too enthralled about this if this is indeed happening.

Interesting. I'm going to email and/or Tweet AA and see what their response is going to be.

Edit: I sent AA (from the Business Extra website) about this.

I called AA BE and they said that there was an error with the posting this month and that they are looking into a way to fix the issue.

I emailed them, they also said there was an error (looks like everyone and not just me) and I see today that they manually entered the extra points.

Update:

Just got this reply from AA:

Dear Jacobin777,

"Thank you for your email. We have identified and resolved the issue. Although you will not see any changes to the points that have already posted you will notice on 6/22/2015 a 'Base Point Adjustment' for the remaining points was added to correct the point calculation error.

We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your support of the Business Extra Program."

I did see an adjustment to my account.

Looks like everything is back to normal. Now if I can only get my Asia Bonus points from 2014 Q4 to post. SMH.

I fly AS every single week, usually as AA codeshare, and have never gotten BE credit for it. Tough luck for me!
