For those AA Business Extra members based in Europe, you will lose Business Extra at the end of November. The AA-BA-IB "On Business " programme is under discussion here: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/ameri...ra-europe.html.

I just got a letter from AA (which required signing for) stating "Effective November 30, 2015, the Business Extra program will close in the United Kingdom and will merge with the On Business program offered by British Airways. On Business will become the new business loyalty program for American, British Airways, and Iberia throughout Europe."
For those effected, points left in a Business Extra account (o)n Nov 30th will be lost, you need to migrate them to an On Business account via businessextra.com/migration - getting 3 On Business points for each Business Extra point moved over (will credit by Jan 30, 2016).

I have points from flights in June but flights from August and Sept have not posted yet. Not a big deal but same fare for two of us posted with a point difference. How does that happen with a computer calculation?

In the same boat. Was surprised my balance had not changed all year. I confirmed the number is in my records and was showing. At least 10 roundtrips not posted that I'll either have to skip or chase down. Not sure it's worth my time doing the latter. Is this program being abandoned?

Thank you for this information - I just checked our AAdvantage accounts and, sure enough, the Business Extra number dropped off these. I've since added them back, but I guess I'll have to try and call to add to the existing reservations.

Just saw some credits coming through, but doesn't seem to be proceeded according to time submitted or dates traveled (thus quite random).

Question for you guys: I'm based in Hawaii and I am considering to use BE points to travel to Europe. The reward chart specifies a North America-Europe award, but considers that North America excludes Hawaii... How many points will it cost to get Europe in saver business class?
I am really hoping that this will be similar to Advantage, where Hawaii is considered part of North America for international, but not for domestic. It will be a shame if I have to get two rewards, one to get to continental US and another from north america to Europe.
Thanks!

Just found three expired BXP1 upgrades (expired 6/30/15) in my desk that I forgot about. Any recourse or are they garbage?

Hi,
I've got three questions:
1) I have 1700 points set to expire at end of year. Does the whole book and cancel still work or should I just get a bunch of Admirals club day passes?
2) I booked several business class tickets recently on the BA site inputing my biz extra number but have not received anything. How long should this take or should I follow up with biz extra?
3) Does anyone have a biz extra 800 number?
thanks in advance!

This was even that way with US Airways until October 17. You could earn on US Airways flights, but only if you had it on 001 ticket stock. I lost out on about $1300 in tickets from that one.
