Reports of 100K Recognition
Please share any AS encounters where your 100K status is recognized. Airport agents, flight attendants, phone agents, Customer Care reps or anyone else who makes you feel valued.

Not being recognized is kinda the norm now, so I think posting the exceptional would be more informative. Of course, it's a YMMV.

Two flights yesterday - FA on first flight told me I was her first 100K and was VERY nice. FA on second leg didn't say anything but it's worth noting it was a VERY short flight with no beverage service interaction with FAs. Nothing from gate agents or at the baggage check-in.

Just texted 82008 to inquire about 100K luggage tags (in response to something mentioned in another thread) and was transferred to customer care. I was thanked for being a Gold 100K and was told that "they may not have gotten to 100K luggage tags for the new status, but congrats!"

LMAO! Sorry I had to laugh because the inconsistently is so real. I just got two chocolates on a horizon flight for being 100k and that’s just another reason why horizon crew are better than mainline 😝 YMMV

Checked in at PSP last night and my bag full of grapefruit I was bringing home weighed in at 56lbs. CSA said don’t worry about it, and thanks for being a 100k. No recognition on the airplane, and no chocolate.

Reservations phone agent (web site wouldn't let me self-rebook cancelled flights due to EWR weather -- 985X , will catch you another time!) just thanked me for being 100k. Sounded surprised when thanking me, I'm guessing a prompt pops up for them to read?
