Just received my code from 10/1 order
Just got my email from Fridays order but only given a 5 digit pin and the AS site says it needs to be 6...? Anyone else experience this?

I just received an order that belongs to another person (different name and order number).. need to call sort it out and probably once the correct one is here I should immediately add it to my account in case someone else had my gc number and pin...

I also received someone else's order of 1x card, I had ordered 4x. Contacted Costco via live chat and they said they'd remedy today or tomorrow... :fingers crossed:

Another data point. Same here, got some else's 1x card and I ordered 2x. Customer service said they are having some issues with the certs and should have the proper order sometime today.

I got my correct certs the first time, with the "missing zero" PIN. This suggests that either a new person did these orders or they're using a new process. QA/QC isn't quite up to par here yet.

Bought 4 yesterday (10/5) and haven't received them yet
EDIT - Just got all four right now with 6 digit pin and everything was correct. I did chat with CS on Costco to ask where they would be. CS said they will forward to specialist. YMMV
