Green salad with rosemary chicken breast (cold), raspberry vinaigrette. Tasty and filling for such a late flight. Looked like about half the cabin passed. Interesting presentation with no tray. Note, salt and pepper included, so whoever previously didn't get s&p, apparently that was an anomaly.
Concerning the S&P, that was me on a SEA-TUS route a few weeks ago. Must've been a mistake on someone's end, maybe catering or FAs.

Sorry, just saw this. They are pre-plated.

nope. the s&p has been removed and is available on request. Many FA's are just adding it to the tray without waiting for the request.

Who is ready for the December menu refresh!? I'm getting a little tired of the mushroom quiche in the morning and the garden salad with the herbed chicken on SEA - LAX rt.

In all seriousness, does anyone know whats on the menu for December? I'm looking forward to some new entrees!

Now this is interesting, so someone at AS, made the decision to make the beef wellington a snack on one flight, then on another snack flight, the cheese plate... Weird..

On the west coast flights, they usually mark Snack during Dinner time. I do not know why, but those dinner time flights will have a dinner style meal while the redeyes and late night flights will have the snack.

Comment: Better than my last mid-con experience, AUS-SEA in 2010, which I believe was the "beef turd".
lol beef turd....was that the "beef short ribs" or I mean rib bit?

You've got it! The tiny morsel of beef served atop some greens. They seem to have come a long way...

Comment: red-eye flight snack service. Departed from the North Satellite.

The First Class F/A was either new or being lazy. The Danish should be served prior to arrival into FLL. It is pretty standard Alaska transcontinental redeye flight - cheese and fruit plate after takeoff, and the warmed Danish prior to arrival.
Something has changed?

I had the Beef Bourguignon (I think it was) on a recent MSP - SEA segment, finding it necessary to spit out a couple of inedible pieces.
