By the time you get this page the routing in not going to change, Surely it could be included on this page. Qantas does seem to do it

NZ includes it on their Australian website.

The other thing is, on the New Zealand website, the total amount including taxes is shown on the side pane on the right after you select a flight.

oh flip I cannot keep up - not being all that regular TT I forget these things, and can't keep up with the changes

so TT

1) A320 there is limited space+ (ie 32" not what we had been used to) at 1 ABC, 2-6 D-F?

and on 767 there is 32" at 7-13 JK and 10-16 AB, and some seats in rear cabin? (in which case seat map on myairnz seems to be correct for my flights)

I wonder how many pax have lost out on earning the next status tier because NZ didn't credit points when they were supposed to?

If the flights are within the rolling 365 days as dates they were actually flown, then they can manually award the status. So there may be an extra comp for your partner in that.

I have flight from MEL this week; ExpertFlyer is showing the (now interim) new 320 seat map.

However, MyAirNZ is showing the old 8 J map when I attempt to check seating with my booking.

Are there any of the old 8J configured 320's still flying?

ZK-BEU Jan 23, 2011 12:25 pm

None of the old ones left. they have the same issue with the 767's on MyAirNZ. I rang NZ and they can see the new config and select seats for you

Thanks.

MyAirNZ was still showing my 2D as my allocated seat (I've had that for several months), but of course that does not exit on last years 8 Business seat configuration, so my seat is not highlighted.

Anyway, E/F was showing 1C as being free so I called was able to change to that.

Will be boarding early as he flight is showing Y5 B0 M0 ...

I have a fully NZ ticket which the system doesn't recognise as mine, whether I try to access it logged in or not.

I have a similar situation where My Airnz won't accept an NZ PNR. It is not a great tool if can not enter all my flights in it....

I've recently noticed that my bookings for Intl itineraries disappear from myairnz if I ring up and make a change to them, the Helpdesk can't explain why this happens?

Once you change an online booking it becomes an offline booking which the website cant access. Its a known bug!

Did any one else here suffer from missing a seemingly random number of points on Saturday morning? I normally wouldn't have noticed but since I was planning to use them I found I was down 100 or so points (air & status). I rang up and nobody had any answers apart from "appears normal on this side". Then magically on Sunday morning the points are back. What concerns me is that normally I wouldn't have even noticed them missing.

Did the deduction & recredit show up on the transaction lists?

Miles & More sometimes adjusts transactions without telling you. But in my experience Air NZ creates adjustment entries which makes it easier to spot, although due to journey credit complexities and corrections of adjustments of adjustments can still be hard to figure out.

What a mess. Magically about five hundred and fifty airpoints dollars and status points from December have disappeared from my account. The original transactions have just disappeared. No sign of reversals or anything else. They were there on Friday and are gone today. Interestingly they were part of a round world trip and the other star carrier points are there but the NZ activity has gone....:td:
Would be really useful if Airpoints accounts were reliable......

The strange thing is also that a return AKL-SYD trip from last year some time appeared as the latest activity when the points disappeared, which I mentioned to the call centre, but they couldn't see it on their side (yet they could see the same points balance as me). So I guess something went screwy with just the myairnz side, although you'd think they would be linked, working in IT I know it's never that simple!

I guess i need to keep a closer eye on my points.

skyglow1 Feb 5, 2011 6:10 pm

I'm having pretty strange things happening with my points too. Suddenly gained about 90 status points since yesterday somehow...and an old flight is appearing as the latest activity.
