Haven't changed anything. I also meant to mention that the PNR works for seat selection etc on the main website. I forgot to give my Airpoints # to our new travel agent so was trying to tee it up myself on myairnz. Not the end of the world I s'pose.

Incidentally, the NZ flight shows up on the Qantas equivalent of myairnz.

Kudos to the Kiwis

Two weeks ago I booked a business (J) class ticket to Perth on Air NZ.com. For some reason the connecting flights on UA within the US would only book into Y class, even though the first class cabin was wide open in both F and A. Called support, and after one our of arguing with an agent about the availability of business class seats on the UA flights, was put through to a supervisor. The supervisor said "We can't book F class on UA with a J class fare, and F is all that is open." I said, "What about booking the A class?" He said "What A class? I am not showing any A class." Once I convinced him that A class was available he sent through a seating request to UA and sure enough it was confirmed in A. Supervisor agreed that there was a glitch in the online booking system and promised to get it fixed.

Today I tried booking the same flight and the A class on United shows up just fine!

Anyone have a web address for NZ that does not need flash but will allow you to book?
My little black box is playing up and I cannot get fares to display when looking TT - ROW is okay.

Thanks

Try this: https://myairnz.com/myairnz/initAccessibleLinks.do

I'm not sure you can book a flight with it however (links back to main web site).

Sorry to drag up this old chestnut again.
My passport details have reverted to information from one that expired in 2005....
Would love to know why this old information is stuck in my profile seemingly no matter how often I change it to up to date information. Anybody know of a good way to fix it?

Any reason booking a Works fare should be any different to using the multicity booking tool?
Tried HKK to MEL 25/11 rtn 28/11 and nigh on $300 dearer to book as a multi over normal.
Why - need to get early flight out of CHC on the 26th and this only option given

Perhaps multicity has difficulty pricing out overnight connections on the same fare unit?

I'm trying to book a return flight on expedia to Delhi on AirNZ and other star alliance airlines, as it as $1200 cheaper than any travel agent. However i'm trying to sort a stopover for a week on the way without doing a multi-destination flight - is there any way of doing this? Or do I have to book through an agent?

Multi destination would be your best bet, without going to an agent. Expedia's multi-booking function has been great in my experience. Fail that, a phone call or trip to a TA will need to be done I believe

When going to request a seat I get an endless loop of reloading the same page.

I think that's an issue with the captcha code on the site (well at least a sporadic problem with Safari). Try leaving the popped up window open, go back to the main AirNZ page and enter your details again.

I tried it a few hours ago and it didn't work. I tried it now and it did. Wasn't able to try your trick.

Where did the list of discounted biz awards go?

I can't seem to find the list of cost for discounted biz class awards for GE, G, Koru under "Spending Airpoints Dollars". It seems to have disappeared from the website. All I get is a completely unhelpful listing of "how far can your airpoint dollars take you", and that does not list any discounted biz class awards for FTs. Please don't tell me NZ has done away with those type of awards.
Does anyone know what has happened here?
